小组合作学习在高职院校学生教育管理工作中的创新实践与探索

The Cooperative Learning Innovation and Exploration of Student Education Management Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

坚持立德树人,促进学生全面发展,培养适应产业转型升级需要的高素质技术技能型人才是高职院校的根本任务和首要目标。高职院校学生教育管理工作是学生在校健康成长的基础,也是提高人才培养质量的根本保证。依据"五大发展理念"要求,结合工作实际,阐述了小组合作学习在高职院校学生教育管理工作中的角色定位,并以山东商业职业技术学院为例,介绍小组合作学习的创新实践,为高职院校提升学生教育管理工作的有效性提供了可资借鉴的经验。

Adhering to strengthening moral education and cultivating people, promoting the comprehensive development of students, and training to adapt to the industrial transformation of high-quality technical talents in higher vocational colleges are the needs to upgrade the basic task and primary goal. Higher vocational college students’ education management is not only the basis of healthy growth of students at school, but also the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training. On the basis of the five development concept, combined with the actual work, this paper expounds the role of cooperative learning in education and management of students in vocational and technical institutes. Taking Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology as an example, this paper introduces the innovative practice of cooperative learning, and provides reference to improve the effectiveness of students’ education and management work of Vocational and technical institutes.
