布络芬缓释胶囊联合湿痹清饮治疗湿热壅滞型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical study on Ibuprofen sustained release capsules combined with Shibiqingyin in treatment of stagnation of damp heat syndrome of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的探讨布络芬缓释胶囊联合湿痹清饮治疗湿热壅滞型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月—10月我院收治的湿热壅滞型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用布络芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组采用布络芬缓释胶囊联合湿痹清饮治疗,对比2组症状体征积分、临床治疗效果、不良反应。结果治疗后,2组腰背痛、下肢放射痛、会阴麻木无力、腰部活动受限、下肢肌力下降等症状体征积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应,各项常规检查均正常。结论布络芬缓释胶囊联合湿痹清饮治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,利于改善患者的临床症状及体征,且用药安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ibuprofen sustained release capsules combined with Shi bi qing yin in treatment of stagnation of damp heat syndrome of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods 60 patients with stagnation of damp heat syndrome of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion from April 2017 to October 2017 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group. Control group was given ibuprofen sustained release capsules,while observation group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules combined with Shi bi qing yin. The symptom score,curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the scores of low back pain,radiating pain of lower limb,perineal numbness and weakness,waist activity limitation,strength of lower limb muscles in two groups decreased,and observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00% of control group（P〈0.05）;There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment,and the routine examinations were normal.Conclusion Ibuprofen sustained release capsules combined with Shi bi qing yin in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is effective,it can improve clinical symptoms and signs,which has good drug safety.
