摘要
目的研究透明角膜切口超声乳化术与角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术对老年白内障患者术后视力恢复效果的影响。方法选取2015年9月—2016年9月在我院接受治疗的老年白内障患者300例,平均分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组行透明角膜切口超声乳化术,观察组行角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术,比较2组患者的手术效果及术后视力恢复情况。结果 2组患者均成功完成手术,且术后病情均有所改善,观察组患者术后的上皮修复时间、切口修复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者术前裸眼视力相比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论将角巩膜缘切口超声乳化术应用于老年白内障患者具有良好的临床疗效,可缩短术后恢复时间、显著提高患者视力。
Objective To study the effect of visual acuity after cataract surgery in elderly patients for hyaline corneal incision phacoemulsification and corneoaceral incision phacoemulsification surgery. Methods 300 cases of senile cataract patients treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group,the control group was treated with translucent corneal incision phacoemulsification surgery,and the observation group was treated with corneoaceral incision phacoemulsification surgery,the results and the recovery of visual acuity after operation of the two groups were compared. Results Two patients were successfully completed surgery,and postoperative condition were improved,the patients in the observation group after the epithelial repair time,incision repair time was significantly shorter than the control group(P〈0.01);The two groups of patients before the uncorrected visual acuity compared with no obvious differences,with no statistical significance(P〈0.05),operation after the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion The application of corneo scleral marginal incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of senile cataract has achieved good clinical curative effect. It has the effect of shortening postoperative recovery time and improving the eyesight of patients,and has certain clinical promotion and application value.
