甘肃平凉地区煤化工发展的环境资源制约因素及对策研究

选取甘肃平凉地区作为研究对象,分析了当地煤化工产业发展现状、产业链结构、发展趋势及区域环境资源现状,结果表明:该地区现有煤化工产业链较短,存在当地水资源短缺、水环境容量有限、环境空气局部污染等制约因素,这将不利于当地煤化工产业的长久、稳定和可持续发展。从源头预防、过程控制、污染治理、循环化改造、环境管理方面提出针对性的对策措施。

The paper selected Pingliang of Gansu as a target area and analyzed in detail the current developing situation, chain structure of industry, developing trends and regional resources and environment of coal chemical industry, According to the results of the analysis, it was indicated that the industrial chain of the existing coal chemical industry is short, the fresh water is shortage, the water environmental capacity is limited, and local ambient air has been polluted. These would not support a sustainable development of the coal chemical industry in this region. The paper also provided strategies as references for future development of coal chemical industry.
