突发性大气污染事件诱因耦合与演化机制研究——基于扎根理论的一个探索性研究

摘要 运用扎根理论方法分析多个典型大气污染突发事件,得出事件演化动力因素,构建驱动因素模型,探讨事件演化机理。得出结论:应从加强大气污染协同治理、构建完善法律法规体系、减少致灾因素和控制事件蔓延等方面治理大气污染。 The lsw of trsnsmission and variation of sudden sir pollution incidents was identified using grounded theory. The dynamic factors of the emergencies were identified to establish the driving model, which helped to figure out the mechsnism of pollution events. Therefore, strengthening the coordinsted management of air pollution, establishing sound legal system, reducing atmospheric pollution, snd controlling the spread to strengthen air pollution were recommended to control sir pollution.
