摘要
介绍了九溪镇基本情况,分析了九溪镇点源、面源污染现状,从农业面源污染治理、人居环境整治、水土流失防治、畜禽养殖污染治理、河道综合治理、强化环境管理、健全工作机制等方面提出了治理措施,建议加快产业结构优化调整、强化领导工作、严格环境管理、加强农村环境管理体系建设,强化宣传教育、创建环境优美乡镇和生态镇。
The general information of Jiuxi town was introduced. The pollution status of point-source and non-point source in the town was analyzed. The countermeasures were put forward from the following aspects of the agricultural pollution control, village environmental pollution control, water and soil loss control, living stock pollution control, river channel comprehensive treatment, and environmental management system. Suggestions were pointed out as follows： adjusting industrial structures, strengthening leading capability, constructing village environmental management system, improving environmental propaganda and education, and building up environmental beautiful towns and ecological towns.
