摘要
为解决现有技术存在的缺点,研究了一种新型的污水渗滤工艺——强制通风污水渗滤系统,并对其布水方式、水力负荷、需氧量等工艺参数进行了优化。实验结果表明:当水力负荷为0.5 m3/(m2·d)时,采用喷头布水方式能得到较好的污染物去除效果;当水力负荷为1 m3/(m2·d)及更大时,喷头布水与穿孔管布水方式对污染物去除效果相当;当实际供氧量为计算理论需氧量的80%时,仍能得到与理论曝气量相当的污染物去除效果。在工程应用中,按照水力负荷的大小,可以采用喷头布水或者穿孔管布水两种方式,提高污染物去除效果;可按理论需氧量的80%来设计该工艺,降低能耗。
Most of the existing sewage infiltration technology has shortcomings. In view of the shortcomings of existing sewage infiltration technology, a new type of forced ventilation sewage filtration system was studied. The water distribution manner, hydraulic loading, oxygen demand and other factors were optimized. The experimental results showed that the water sprinkler achieved better pollutant removal performance compared with perforated pipeline water supply when the hydraulic load was within 0.5 m^3/(m^2·d). The water sprinkler and the perforated pipe water supply performed similar pollutants removal when the hydraulic load was larger than 1 m^3/(m^2·d). It could still get the same pollutant removal effects as the theoretical oxygen demand when actual oxygen supplied was 80% of the theoretical oxygen demand. Thus, according to the size of the hydraulic load, water sprinkler or perforated pipeline water supply could be selected to improve pollutants removal. And the process could be designed at 80% of theoretical oxygen demand to reduce energy consumption in engineering applications.
