综合吞咽功能训练治疗血管性认知功能障碍合并吞咽功能障碍的疗效

Curative Effect of Comprehensive Swallowing Function Training in the Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment and Dysphagia Dysfunction

目的血管性认知功能障碍合并吞咽功能障碍患者应用综合吞咽功能训练后的料喉。方法随机抽取60例符合条件患者,为2017年6月至2018年4月我院血管性认知功能障碍合并吞咽功能障碍患者,年龄60~90岁,随机分为两组,对照组(n=30)与实验组(n=30),两组在性别、年龄、文化、病程方面差异均无统计学意义。对照组给予认知功能训练治疗,实验组给予综合吞咽功能训练+认知功能训练,分析两组治疗总有效率、吞咽功能、认知功能。结果治疗总有效率对比显示实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);吞咽功能评分高于于对照组(P<0.05);认知功能对比显示实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血管性认知功能障碍合并吞咽功能障碍患者临床治疗中,应用综合吞咽功能训练+认知功能训练,既可提高治疗效果、改善生化指标,又可提高认知功能,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To apply the larynx after comprehensive swallowing function training in patients with vascular cognitive impairment and dysphagia dysfunction. Methods 60 cases aged 60 to 90 years old,with vascular cognitive impairment and dysphagia dysfunction in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups： the control group（ n = 30）and experimental group（ n = 30）,with no significantly statistical difference in gender,age,culture and course of disease between the two groups. Patients in the control group received cognitive function training,while those in the experimental group received comprehensive swallowing function training plus cognitive function training. Total effective rate,laboratory index and cognitive function of the two groups were analyzed. Results Total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Swallowing function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Cognitive function comparison of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of vascular cognitive impairment with swallowing dysfunction,application of swallowing function training combined with cognitive function training can not only increase therapeutic effect and biochemical index,but also improve cognitive function,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
