消化内镜对120例消化道早癌影像诊断质量的应用价值

Application Value of Digestive Endoscopy in Imaging Diagnosis of 120 Cases with Early Digestive Tract Cancer

目的分析在消化道早癌诊断治疗中,应用消化内镜的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年9月至2017年11月进行诊断治疗的120例疑似消化道早癌患者进行研究,按照数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者(60例)给予传统诊疗,观察组患者(60例)给予消化内镜进行诊断治疗。对比两组的诊断影像质量评分、治疗相关观察指标。结果观察组的胃小凹分型影像评分(3.93±0.23)分、形态影像评分(4.08±0.70)分、毛细血管影像评分(3.99±0.32)分显著高于对照组的胃小凹分型影像评分(2.00±0.20)分、形态影像评分(2.10±0.40)分、毛细血管影像评分(1.60±0.11)分,观察组的术中出血量(85.63±10.73)m L、手术时间(68.73±9.88)min显著低于对照组的术中出血量(117.52±11.54)m L、手术时间(83.94±10.12)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化道早癌的诊断治疗中,消化内镜可较为精确诊断出消化道早癌,并缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early digestive tract cancer. Methods 120 cases of patients with suspected early digestive tract cancer treated in our hospital from September 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment while the patients in the observation group were treated with digestive endoscopy for diagnosis and treatment. The scores of diagnostic imaging quality and related observation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The imaging score of gastric pit classification（ 3. 93 ± 0. 23）,morphological imaging score（ 4. 08 ± 0. 70） and capillary imaging score（ 3. 99±0. 32） of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,which were respectively（ 2. 00±0. 20）,（ 2. 10 ± 0. 40） and（ 1. 60 ± 0. 11）. In the observation group,the blood loss during the operation was（ 85. 63±10. 73） m L and the operation time was（ 68. 73±9. 88） minutes,both of which were notably lower than those of the control group,which were respectively（ 117. 52±11. 54） m L and（ 83. 94 ± 10. 12） minutes,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of early digestive tract cancer,digestive endoscopy can accurately diagnose this cancer,shorten operation time,reduce blood loss during the operation and improve prognosis.
