摘要
动态对比增强MRI是一种基于对比剂药物代谢动力学的成像方法,对于观察、分析组织微循环功能状态具有重要的价值。由于肝脏在实际的运行中极易受到其他器官运动的影响,并且肝脏运行接受双重供血,将MRI技术应用于肝脏也存在着诸多的问题。随着我国医疗技术的发展,MRI应用得到了较大的发展,肝脏DCE-MRI可以用于抗血管靶向治疗药物研发、肿瘤诊断与分级、肝功能评估、疗效反应检测与预后评估、肝纤维化诊断与分级等。基于此,本文对动态对比增强MRI在肝脏疾病检查中的应用进行相关综述。
Dynamic contrast enhanced MRI is a MR imaging method based on the metabolic kinetics of contrast agents,which has a very obvious effect on observing and analyzing the functional state of microcirculation. Because of the fact that the liver is easily affected by the movement of other organs in the actual operation,and that the liver is supplied with blood through dual-channel,there are many problems when MRI technology is applied to the liver at the present stage. With the development of medical technology in China,the application of MRI has also been greatly developed. The application of liver DCE-MRI mainly consists of the research and development of anti-vascular targeting drugs,the diagnosis and classification of tumor,the evaluation of liver function,the evaluation of therapeutic response and prognosis,the diagnosis and classification of liver fibrosis,etc. Based on what is mentioned above,the application of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI in liver biopsy is reviewed in this essay.
