摘要 为研究石油井下注水变化对压缩式封隔器胶筒接触密封的影响,利用一种压力渗透载荷等效注水压力,进行轴向坐封后注水时封隔器胶筒与套管之间的非线性有限元分析,讨论了不同注水工况条件下胶筒接触力的变化规律,分析了坐封载荷对接触力的影响。数值分析结果表明,坐封载荷一定时,随着注水压力增大,靠近受力一端的下胶筒将逐渐被压开,失去安全保护作用。坐封载荷对接触力影响较大,适当提高坐封载荷能够明显提高密封的可靠性。分析得到的结果对提升压缩式封隔器胶筒密封性能具有指导意义。 In order to study the influence of down hole water injection on the seal of rubber, a kind of fluid pressure penetration method was used to simulate equivalent water injection pressure. A nonlinear FE - analysis between the packer rubber and casing was conducted under the case of water injection condition after the completion of the sitting seal. Then, the variation laws of the contact force of the rubber under different water injection pressure and sitting loads were discussed and analyzed. The results show that when the load is constant, with the increase of the water in- jection pressure, the bottom rubber will be gradually opened and lost its protective function. The sealing load has a great influence on the contact force, and it can be improved by properly increasing the load. The conclusion has guiding significance for improving the sealing performance of compression packer.
