Overview of the Preparation History of the "Technical Guidelines for Green Affordable Housing"

在《云南省绿色建筑评价标准》(DBJ 53/T—49—2013)的基础上,分析其他省市保障性住房标准政策。结合云南省地方要求和特点,依据保障性住房项目、绿色星级项目调研、品牌开发商访谈、省内外相关标准研读及专家要求和关注点,形成关于"温和地区保障性住房执行绿色建筑标准技术导则研究"的报告,编制《昆明市城镇保障性住房绿色建筑设计导则》,汇编入国家课题研究成果,成为国家《绿色保障性住房技术导则》的一部分。

Based on the ＂Green Building Evaluation Standards of Yunnan Province＂ （DBJ 53/T-49-2013）, this article analyzed the standard policies of affordable housing in other provinces and cities. Combining with the local requirements and characteristics of Yunnan Province, based on affordable housing projects, green star project survey, famous developer interviews, relevant standards research and interpretation within and outside the province as well as expert requirements and concerns, the ＂Guidelines and Research on the Implementation of Green Affordable Buildings Standard and Technology in Warm Area＂ and ＂Design Guidelines on Urban Affordable Green Housing in Kunming＂ are compiled, added into the national research results, and became a part of the National ＂Technical Guidelines for Green Affordable Housing＂.
