摘要
为了改变井下巷道传统的拆除安装皮带的方式,自主设计了一种带式输送机皮带自动收放装置,并对装置进行了设计校核;对关键结构进行静力学分析,使装置的结构强度满足力学要求。该装置的使用使皮带在拆除安装时实现快速自动收放。
In order to optimize the traditional way of dismantling and installing belts in underground tunnels,a belt automatic controlling device was designed and verified,the key structure was analyzed with statics method. The strength meets the mechanical requirements. The use of the device enables the belt to be quickly and automatically released or held while in dismantling or installation.
