摘要
从国内外已有的校企联合培养经验出发,整合南京师范大学电气与自动化工程学院及南瑞集团公司的优质资源,针对南瑞学院电气专业硕士研究生的联合培养,提出落实"双师型"培养模式、丰富专业培养方案、完善日常管理制度及优化奖惩体系等4项具体举措。构建"培养学生、助力企业、解决就业三位一体"的创新培养方案,为进一步完善校企联合培养模式积累经验。
Based on the existing experience of the joint university-enterprise training at home and abroad,with the integration of the quality resources of the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering of Nanjing Normal University and NARI Group Corporation,and in view of joint training of master students in the electrical specialty of NARI College,the four specific measures are put forward such as the training mode by the"Double-qualified teachers",enriching the professional training plan,improving the daily management system and optimizing the reward and punishment system.An innovative training program for the"Trinity of cultivating students,assisting enterprises and solving employment problem"is set up,and the experience for further improving the joint training mode between the university and enterprises is accumulated.
