摘要
将实践体系定义为多主体、多层次和多维度的体系,并将其中的主体划分为学习者、指导者和管理者,层次为知识习得、知识应用和知识创新,维度为内容维、时间维和方式维。将创新能力的构成分为8个要素,以这些创新能力要素为导向,结合地方高校特点,构建研究生教育实践体系的内容维度,并由此建立主体、层次和维度立体关系的实践体系,使研究生能够获得完备的创新能力培养。实践应用表明,该体系有利于地方高校研究生创新能力和培养质量的提高。
The practice system is defined as the multi-subject,multi-level and multi-dimension system,in which the subject is divided into learners,instructors and managers,and the level includes the knowledge acquisition,knowledge application and knowledge innovation,and the dimension refers to the content dimension,time dimension and mode dimension.The composition of innovation ability is divided into eight essential factors. By taking these innovative factors as the guidance,and in combination with the characteristics of local universities,the content dimension of postgraduate education practice system is established.Thus,apractical system of the three-dimensional relationship between the subject,level and dimension is set up so that graduate students can acquire the complete innovative ability.The practical application shows that this system is conducive to the improvement of graduate students' innovative ability and quality in local universities.
