摘要
利用核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)、氢-氢相关谱(1 H-1 H COSY)、核磁共振碳谱(13 C NMR)、氟谱(19 F NMR)、DEPT谱、异核单量子相关谱(HSQC)、异核多键相关谱(HMBC)对阿伐他汀钙进行了解析,对其所有的NMR谱信号进行了归属。通过氢谱、碳谱、氟谱以及二维谱技术对该化合物进行了完整的结构分析,使学生对于二维核磁共振技术有了更深的了解,有利于学生正确解析有机化合物结构。
The nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1 H NMR),hydrogen-hydrogen correlation spectrum(1 H-1 H COSY),nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectroscopy(13 C NMR),fluorine spectrum(19 F NMR),DEPT spectrum,heteronuclear single quantum correlation spectrum(HSQC)and heteronuclear correlation spectrum(HMBC)are used to analyze the atorvastatin calcium,and the ascription of its all NMR spectrum signals is carried out.The complete structural analysis of the compound is carried out by the hydrogen spectrum,carbon spectrum,fluorine spectrum and two-dimensional spectrum technology,which helps students to obtain a deeper understanding of the two-dimensional magnetic resonance technology and is helpful for them to correctly analyze the structure of organic compound.
