摘要
为满足远程实验测量需要,针对传统等厚干涉实验中牛顿环测量误差较大问题,提出一种牛顿环暗纹直径自动测量方法。与传统测量方法相比,该方法缩减了测量时间、提高了测量精度,测量得到的牛顿环曲率半径误差缩小到2.2%~2.7%范围内,并为实现等厚干涉实验的远程测控提供可靠的技术支持。
In order to meet the needs of the remote experimental measurement,and in view of the large error of the Newton ring measurement in the traditional equal thickness interference experiment,an automatic measurement method for dark groove diameter of the Newton ring is proposed.Compared with the traditional measurement method,the method reduces the measuring time and improves the measurement accuracy.The curvature radius error of the measured Newton ring is reduced to 2.2%-2.7%,and it provides the reliable technical support for the remote measurement and control of the equal thickness interference experiment.
