摘要 结合生物流变科学与技术教育部重点实验室开放现状,探讨了实验室开放的必要性,阐述了实验室在国际化科研团队建设、科技合作、协同育人、访问学者基金项目设立、举办国内外学术会议、科研仪器设备共享及科学传播等方面的开放内涵机制与成效,分析了实验室开放面临的机遇和挑战,对教育部重点实验室提升国内外影响力和竞争力,促进教育部重点实验室的高水平发展具有借鉴意义。 In combination with the current situation of the opening of the Key Laboratory of Biorheological Science and Technology of Ministry of Education,the necessity of the laboratory opening is discussed.The opening connotation mechanism and effectiveness of the laboratory in the construction of the internationalized scientific research team,the scientific and technological cooperation,the coordinated education,the establishment of the visiting scholar fund projects,the holding of domestic and foreign academic conferences,the sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment,the science communication,etc.,are expounded upon,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the opening of the laboratory are analyzed,which has reference for enhancing domestic and international influence and competitiveness of the key laboratories of the Ministry of Education and for promoting the high-level development of such laboratories.
