摘要
该文分析了大型精密贵重仪器培训体系中存在的问题。通过在现有大型仪器设备开放共享系统基础上增加精细的培训需求管理、有针对性的培训方案设计、标准的培训实施流程、多元化的培训增效手段等,重构大型精密贵重仪器培训管理的完整闭环体系,从而达到提高大型精密贵重仪器使用效益和加大高校实验室仪器开放共享力度的目的。
The problems existing in the training system for the large-scale precision and valuable instruments are analyzed.On the basis of the opening and sharing system for the existing large instruments and equipment,the fine training demand management,targeted training program design,standard training implementation process,diversified training and increasing efficiency means,etc.,are added for the reconstruction of a complete closed-loop system for the training and management of the large-scale precision and valuable instruments so as to improve the utilization efficiency of such instruments and increase the opening and sharing of university laboratory instruments.
