摘要
从护理文书的质量评价维度、评价指标、评价标准方面综述护理文书质量评价的研究进展。指出护理文书的质量评价应立足于本科室的护理工作及护理文书的特点,选择或制定恰当的护理文书质量评价标准,设定合理的护理文书质量评价指标,从护理文书质量的各个维度进行全面系统的评价。
This paper reviews the research progress of quality evaluation of nursing documents from the aspects of quality evaluation dimensions,evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria of nursing documents.It is pointed out that the quality evaluation of nursing documents should select or formulate appropriate quality evaluation standards for nursing documents,set reasonable evaluation indexes for nursing documents,and implement comprehensive systematic evaluation of nursing documents according to the characteristics of nursing work and nursing documents in the department.
