摘要
回坡底洗煤厂煤泥水整流脱泥槽底流中含有较多细粒煤,降低了分选产物的品质。针对这一问题,对脱泥槽的结构和尺寸进行优化分析,入料方式选择中心入料,槽体结构为上圆下锥状,设置反射伞和整流区。同时采用数值模拟对整流区、反射伞直径和脱泥槽深度进行模拟,验证了整流区的作用,确定了反射伞和脱泥槽的合理参数。
Most of the coal mud water rectifying desliming tank has lower degash efficiency. Based on this paper, the structure and size of the desliming tank were optimized and analyzed. Center into the material, cell body structure with upper circle and lower cone, the numerical simulation was conducted to verify the function of rectifying area, settling the reasonable parameters of reflective umbrellas and mud traps.
