以泰山隆安矿8103综采工作面为例,探讨了注氮防灭火系统的工艺与设备,分析了注氮防灭火方案中相关参数的计算,以及回采期间对采空区实施注氮的工艺,探讨了停采采空区封闭注氮方案,分析了注氮防灭火技术的应用效果,为防灭火方法的选择提供参考和借鉴。

8103 fully mechanized working face of Taishan Long＇an Mine was taken as example, process and equipment of nitrogen injection fire extinguishing system, calculation of relative parameters and nitrogen injection to goaf in recovery mining were analyzed, closed nitrogen injection program in stop-mining area was discussed, application effect of fire-prevention technology by infusing nitrogen was analyzed, providing reference for fire prevention and control for mines.
