摘要
煤对CO_2反应性作为一种评价煤炭质量的指标,在实际生产中有着重要作用。依据GB/T220—2001《煤对二氧化碳化学反应性的测定方法》,分析了在实际测定中影响CO_2反应性测定准确性的主要因素,重点从煤样的制备、干馏、样品量的填充、试验过程中气体流速及升温速度等几方面进行了分析和探讨,并提出了相应的措施和解决方法。
As an index to evaluate coal quality, coal's CO2 reactivity plays an important role in actual production. According to GB/T220—2001 determination method of coal and chemical reactivity of CO2, in actual measurement main factors influencing the accuracy of the determination of the CO2 reactivity, the focus from preparation, carbonization of coal sample,the sample amount of filling, gas velocity and temperature in the process of test speed and so on, were analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding measures and solutions were put forward.
