摘要
多孔粒状铵油炸药是以多孔粒状硝酸铵和油类(柴油等)为主要成分混合而成的不含敏化剂的爆炸混合物,具有成本低廉、制造容易、安全性好、使用方便等优点,适用于露天及无沼气和矿尘爆炸危险的爆破工程,由于其存在爆炸威力低、爆速低、爆轰感度低、储存期短和吸湿性强等缺点,故限制了其使用范围。通过对铵油炸药油相的研究,以提高多孔粒状铵油炸药的物理化学性能;通过超声波功率、处理时间、水含量、乳化剂量等参数研究了微粒柴油对多孔粒状铵油炸药稳定性能和爆炸性能的影响。
The porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive is an explosive mixture mixed with porous granular ammonium nitrate and oil( diesel oil) without any sensitizer. It is suitable for some blasting works in the open air, and non-dangers works biogas and mine dust because of low cost, easy manufacture, good safety, convenient use and etc.. But it has the disadvantages of low explosion power, detonation speed, and detonation sensitivity, short storage period and strong moisture absorption, so its application range is limited. The physical and chemical properties of the porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive were improved by studying its oil phase. The effects of particle diesel on the stability and explosive properties of the porous granular ammonium nitrate explosive were studied by ultrasonic power, treatment time, water content and emulsifying dose.
