摘要
针对由黑色氧化铝与镀镍铝板制作的红外标定板标定程序复杂,以及红外标定板温度影响标定板成像效果问题。研究了红外辐射理论以及红外相机探测原理,并分析影响热红外相机标定的因素,利用Gamma算法对采集的红外靶标图像进行处理,得到了准确的靶标角点,提高了畸变校正的准确性。研究成果为热红外面阵相机畸变校正提供了重要参考,对利用红外与可见光图像融合的电力设备识别起到了一定的推进作用。
Aimed at the complex of the calibration procedure for infrared calibration plates made of black alumina and nickel-plated aluminum plates, and the infrared calibration plate temperature affects the imaging effect. We studied the theory of infrared radiation and the principle of infrared camera detection,analyzed the factors of affecting the calibration of the thermal infrared camera.Using the Gamma algorithm to process the infrared image, obtained accurate target corner points and improved the accuracy of distortion correction. The research results provide an important reference for the distortion correction of thermal infrared area array cameras, and it plays a certain role in promoting the recognition of power equipment using infrared and visible light images.
