基于单片机的印刷压力检测方法研究

摘要 在传统印刷工艺生产过程中,印刷滚筒之间存在适当的印刷压力,才能保证印版上图文区域的油墨顺利转移到承印材料表面。印刷压力是印刷工艺能够顺利进行的根本保证,并且在很大程度上是印刷品质量的决定性因素。因此,在胶印工艺生产中,为了获得合理的印刷压力,对压印接触区进行分析研究,并设计出采用单片机检测压印接触区宽度的方法,实现对印刷压力的测量和调整。 In the production process of traditional printing technology, there is an appropriate printing pressure between the printing cylinders to ensure that the ink on the printing plate is transferred smoothly to the surface of the printing stock. Printing pressure is the fundamental guarantee for smooth printing technology, and to a great extent it is the decisive factor in the quality of the printed matter.
