摘要
多倍体药用植物因器官巨大,产量高,具有重要的药用和经济价值而倍受人们的关注,以玉竹幼苗为实验材料,玉竹[Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce]的染色体数目为2n=20,二倍体核型公式为2n=2x=16m+6sm用0.1%的秋水仙素处理玉竹幼苗,诱发多倍体,通过根尖压片方法对玉竹进行染色体计数,结果显示染色体数目为2n=4x=40,说明诱发出了四倍体,为玉竹的遗传育种研究提供理论依据。
Medicinal polyploid plants attract great attention because of their gigantic organs,high yields andimportant medicinal and economic values.Polygonatum odoratum seeding as experimental material,Polygonatum chromosome number is 2 n=20,diploid karyotype formula of 2 n=2 x=20=16 m+6 sm,with 0.1% colchicine treatment Polygonatum chromosome seeds,the chromosome technology of Dioscorea nipponica Makino's chromosome counting,results show that chromosome number is 2 n=4 x=40,that has issued the tetraploid,provide scientific basis for the next of Polygonatum odoratum's genetic breeding research.
