探讨妇产科临床中急症子宫切除术的应用

Application of acute hysterectomy in obstetrics and gynecology

目的分析急症子宫切除术在妇产科中的应用效果。方法随机将我院2015年4月—2017年10月期间收治的产妇42例纳入研究,均接受急诊子宫切除术治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果引发产妇接受急症子宫切除术治疗的主要指征为宫缩乏力(33.33%);手术时间为75 min^174 min,平均为(110.7±14.5)min;出血量为1 002~2 005 m L,平均为(1503±502)m L;住院时间为7 d^16 d,平均为(9.5±1.1)d。术后2例发生失血性休克,2例发生感染性休克,2例凝血异常,1例贫血。结论急症子宫切除术为临床产科中抢救急重症出血产妇的主要措施之一,可降低产妇病死率,临床推广价值较大。

Objective Analysis and discussion of the application effect of Acute Hysterectomy in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods Random from our hospital from April 2015 to October 2017 from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology 42 cases of pregnant women into the discussion,retrospective analysis of its medical records,42 cases of parturients were treated with emergency hysterectomy,Analysis of the therapeutic effect.Results Analysis of the main indications for the treatment of parturients undergoing emergency hysterectomy is uterine inertia（33.33%）.The operative time was 75 minutes^174 minutes,the average time was（110.7 ±14.5） minutes,the bleeding volume was 1002 m L^2005 m L,the average time was（1503.5 ±501.5） milliliters,the hospitalization time was 7 days,-16 days,the average was（9.5 ±1.1）days.42 cases of parturients were treated with Acute Hysterectomy,2 cases had hemorrhagic shock,2 cases had septic shock,2 cases of coagulation abnormality,1 cases of anemia.Conclusion One of the main measures for rescuing acute and severe bleeding women in clinical obstetrics is emergency hysterectomy,which can reduce maternal mortality and promote the clinical application.
