针灸对促进胫腓骨骨折内固定术患者康复的效果分析

Effect of acupuncture on rehabilitation of patients with tibiofibular fracture undergoing internal fixation

目的探讨针灸对促进胫腓骨骨折内固定术术后康复的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的胫腓骨骨折患者94例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各47例。2组患者均行交锁髓内钉内固定术,治疗组术后给予针灸治疗,对照组给予接骨七厘片服用。比较2组患者的临床疗效和患肢肿胀消退情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后肿胀度和肿胀消退时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸应用于胫腓骨骨折内固定术后临床效果显著,能有效减轻患肢肿胀,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on postoperative rehabilitation of tibiofibular fracture after internal fixation. Methods 94 cases of tibiofibular fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 cases in each group.2 groups of patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing,the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment after treatment,and the control group was given seven slices of bone graft. The clinical efficacy and swelling of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,and the swelling time and swelling subsiding time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of tibiofibular fracture after internal fixation. It can effectively reduce limb swelling and promote rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical application.
