针刺联合血塞通治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床价值分析

Clinical value of acupuncture combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus

目的探讨针刺联合血塞通治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的肱骨髁上骨折患者64例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组术后给予血塞通治疗,治疗组给予血塞通联合针刺治疗,比较2组患者肩关节Neer评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组肩关节评分明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组优良率为90.62%,明显高于对照组的78.13%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合血塞通应用于肱骨髁上骨折中,可促进局部血液循环,改善肩关节功能,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective Explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 64 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus in our hospital from March2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blood plug treatment after operation. The treatment group was treated with Xuesaitong combined with Acupuncture,and the Neer score and the clinical effect of the shoulder joint in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the scores of shoulder joint in the two groups were increased,and the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）,and the good rate in the treatment group was 90.62%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.13%）（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Xuesaitong in supracondylar fracture of humerus can promote the circulation of the local blood,improve the function of shoulder joint and improve the clinical effect.It is worth popularizing.
