摘要
随着医药行业就业压力的增加,药学类大学生实现高质量就业成为药学类专业建设中的重点。分析药学类大学生就业现状及就业存在问题,从岗位质量和毕业生满意度两大基本指标入手,对薪酬水平、专业对口度、毕业生满意度、工作稳定情况及职业期望吻合度等方面进行指标细化,明确高质量就业的标准,探究实现药学类大学生高质量就业的基本路径,以期为药学类大学生实现高质量就业提供参考。
With the increasing employment pressure in the pharmaceutical industry,high level employment for pharmaceutical undergraduates becomes the key point in the construction of pharmacy majors. The paper analyzes the current employment status and the employment problems of pharmaceutical undergraduates,starting from the two basic indicators of job quality and graduates' satisfaction,which are further redefined as salary level,professional counterpart,graduate satisfaction,job stability,occupational expectations and other indicators. The clarification of the criteria for high-quality employment and the exploration of the basic line to achieve high-quality employment are to provide references for pharmaceutical undergraduates to achieve high level employment.
