摘要
介绍了一种声波式水位计的工作原理及整体设计方案。利用声波的反射特性,通过测得波的传播时间及速度计算水位。提出了特殊封闭式结构、多点反馈、多重综合信号差分处理技术,消除温度、湿度等外界因素对测量精度的影响,从而实现了大量程、高精度、性能稳定无漂移的水位测量。
This paper introduces the working principle and overall design of a kind of acoustic water level meter.By using the reflection characteristic of acoustic wave,the water level is calculated by measuring the time and velocity of the wave.A special enclosure structure,multi-point feedback and multiple integrated signal differencing technology are put forward to eliminate the influence of external factors such as temperature and humidity on the measurement accuracy,so as to realize the water level measurement with wide range,high precision,stable performance and no drift.
