某部机关公勤战士2014-2016年健康体检结果分析

Physical Examination Results of Soldiers Working in Military Organs in 2014-2016

目的了解某部机关公勤战士的健康状况,提出适当的预防干预措施。方法以某部518名机关公勤战士为研究对象,收集年龄、身高、体质量、心电图、腹部B超、血生化等体检信息并统计分析。结果 518名参检人员中,共检出异常指标和疾病11种681例次,各项指标完全正常人数为159人,占30.69%。超重和(或)肥胖、乙肝表面抗体阴性、心电图异常、肝功能异常、高脂血症、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝检出率分别为39.50%、30.31%、24.16%、17.95%、14.48%、7.14%和4.45%。超重或肥胖、高脂血症、脂肪肝、肝功能异常检出率均随年龄增高而增加,且差异有统计学意义。结论该部公勤战士身体状况不容乐观,超重和(或)肥胖、代谢异常检出率较高,建议定期组织健康体检,加强军事训练,改变膳食结构,以改善该部官兵的健康状况。

Objective To find out about the health status of soldiers working for military organs in a unit in order to put forward appropriate measures of prevention. Methods The physical examination information about 518 soldiers working for military organs,including age,height,weight,electrocardiograms,abdominal B-ultrasound,and blood biochemistry,was collected and analyzed.Results A total of 11 abnormal indexes and 681 cases of disease were detected among 518 soldiers who underwent physical examinations. The total number of cases with normal indicators for each item was 159,accounting for 30.69% of the total.The detection rates of overweight（ obesity）,Hbs Ab（-）,electrocardiogram abnormalities,liver dysfunction,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and fatty liver were 39.50%,30.31%,24.16%,17.95%,14.48%,7.14% and 4.45%,respectively. The prevalence of overweight（ obesity）,hyperlipidemia,fatty liver and liver dysfunction increased with age,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The health status of soldiers working for military organs is not quite good. The detection rate of overweight（ obesity） and metabolic disorder is high. Regular physical examinations,strengthened military training and changes of diet are necessary to improve the health status of these soldiers.
