灯盏花素对LI患者的效果及血液流变学、血流动力学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨灯盏花素对腔隙性脑梗死(LI)患者的治疗效果及对患者血液流变学、血流动力学的影响。方法选取收治的120例LI患者,收集时间2016年1月至2017年7月,随机分为研究组(基础治疗+灯盏花素)、对照组(基础治疗)各60例,对比两组治疗前后患者的神经缺损功能评分、血液流变学指标、颅内动脉血流动力学指标及血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。结果治疗前,两组患者的神经缺损功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的神经缺损功能评分较本组治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),研究组的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的全血高切黏度、全血粘度低切黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、Vm、PI、SOD、LPO差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的全血高切黏度、全血粘度低切黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、PI、LPO较本组治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),Vm、SOD较本组治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的全血高切黏度、全血粘度低切黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、LPO显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD、Vm显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素结合基础治疗能显著改善LI患者的血液流变学指标、颅内动脉血流动力学指标,降低LPO水平、升高SOD水平,这些作用可能与改善患者神经缺损功能有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapine on the patients with lacunar cerebral infarction ( LI) and the effect on hemorheology and hemodynamics of patients. Methods A total of 120 LI patients were collected, January 2016 to Ju-ly 2017, were randomly divided into study group (basic treatment+breviscapine) and control group (basic treatment) of the 60 cases, two groups were compared before and after treatment of nerve function in patients with score, blood rheology, intracranial arterial hemodynamics and serum lipid peroxide ( LPO) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) level of influence. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in neurological deficit scores between the two groups (P〉0. 05). The scores of nerve function were significantly lower in the patients of the two groups after treatment (P〈0. 05), especially in the study group (P〈0. 05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity, high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, Vm, PI, SOD or LPO between the two groups (P〉0. 05), but after treat-ment, the high blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, PI and LPO significantly decreased (P〈0. 05), while Vm and SOD were significantly increased (P〈0. 05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate and LPO in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0. 05), but SOD and Vm were significantly higher (P〈0. 05). Con-clusion Breviscapine combined with basic therapies can significantly improve hemorheological indexes and intracranial arterial he-modynamic indexes, reduce LPO levels and elevate SOD levels in LI patients, which may be related to the improvement of neuro-logical deficit function in patients.
