摘要
目的研究微创全瓷贴面技术在上前牙缺陷修复中的应用价值。方法选取2015年11月至2017年2月期间在我院接受诊治的80例上前牙缺陷修复患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各40例。对照组患者采用传统全瓷修复技术修复,研究组患者采用微创全瓷修复技术修复。对比两组患者治疗成功率、缺陷率、新骨轮廓、骨密度水平以及牙槽骨垂直吸收量情况。结果两组患者治疗后18个月成功率均低于治疗后6个月,但研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的上前牙缺陷率(5.0%,2/40)低于对照组(27.5%,11/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,研究组新骨轮廓、骨密度水平、牙槽骨垂直吸收量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创全瓷贴面技术具有缺损率低、美观效果佳、成功率高等优势,可有效改善患者新骨轮廓、骨密度水平以及牙槽骨垂直吸收量。
Objective To study the clinical value of minimally invasive all-ceramic veneer technique in the repair of de-fects in anterior teeth. Methods Eighty patients with defects in anterior teeth repaired in our hospital between November 2015 and February 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. Those patients were divided into the control group and study group ac-cording to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with tra-ditional all-ceramic restoration techniques, while those in the study group were treated with minimally invasive all-ceramic resto-ration. The success rate of treatment, defect rate, new bone contour, bone mineral density and vertical alveolar bone absorption were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The success rate 18 months after treatment was lower in both groups than 6 months after treatment, but was higher in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant (P〈0. 05). After treatment, the rate of defects in anterior teeth was 5. 0% (2/40) in the study group, which was lower than that in the control group (27. 5%, 11/40), so the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Six months after treatment, the new bone contour, bone mineral density and alveolar bone vertical absorption in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The minimally invasive all-ceramic veneer technology has the advantages of low defect rates, good aesthetic effect and high success rates, which can effectively improve the new bone profile, bone mineral density and vertical absorption of the alveolar bone of patients.
