摘要 针对3000m深水钻井船月池角隅的疲劳强度进行研究。采用全概率疲劳分析方法,选用合理的S-N曲线,对月池角隅处的疲劳损伤和疲劳寿命进行评估。介绍全概率疲劳分析方法的原理和流程,并针对波浪载荷这个对疲劳计算影响较大的因素进行较为全面的梳理,研究了质量重心分布对波浪载荷的影响等内容,以合理确定疲劳计算的分析工况。 The fatigue strength of the moonpool corner on a 3 000 m deepwater drilling ship has been studied in this article. The fatigue damage and fatigue life are assessed by using the full probability fatigue analysis method with the appropriate S-N curves. It introduces the theory and process of the full probability fatigue analysis method, and summarizes the factor of wave load that greatly affects the fatigue calculation. The influence of the gravity center distribution on the wave load is investigated to rationally determine the operation conditions for the fatigue calculation.
