无偿献血不足量原因分析及控制

Analysis and Control of Causes of Insufficient Blood Donation

目的分析造成献血服务部无偿献血不足的原因,并提出相应的预防及控制对策。方法统计该献血服务部于2015年1月—2017年12月采集的31 224名无偿献血者的资料,以供对比分析。结果 2015年1月—2017年12月31 224名无偿献血者中,共计123名患者出现献血不足量情况,其中,与<200 mL无偿献血不足者相比,无偿献血采血不足<400 mL者较多,占比分别为0.163%和0.230%。导致无偿献血采血量不足的原因主要有各种献血反应,占比例为94.3%(116/123),而血管细、血流慢等血管因素占比为5.7%(7/123)。献血反应的相关因素为初次多次献血、性别、体重、年龄及是否空腹。结论导致无偿献血采血不足的原因较多,其中以献血反应为主要因素,只有分析不足量的原因,才能够提出相应的预防控制对策,进而减少无偿献血不足量的发生率。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the cause of the lack of blood donation from the blood donation service department, and propose corresponding countermeasures for prevention and control. Methods Statistics of 31 224 unpaid blood donors collected by the Blood Donor Services Department from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected for comparison and analysis. Results Of the 31 224 free blood donors from January 2015 to December 2017, a total of 123 patients experienced a situation of insufficiency of blood donation. Among them, compared with 〈200 mL of patients with unpaid blood donation, more than 400 mL of blood for blood donation was higher, accounting for 0.163% and 0.230% respectively. The main causes of insufficient blood donation were blood donation reactions, accounting for 94.3%（116/123）, and the proportion of vascular factors such as fine blood vessels and slow blood flow was 5.7%（7/123）. The relevant factors of blood donation response are multiple blood donations, sex, weight, age, and whether it is an empty stomach. Conclusion There are many reasons that lead to blood donation for unpaid blood donation. Among them, blood donation reaction is the main factor. Only by analyzing the causes of insufficient blood can we put forward corresponding prevention and control countermeasures, thereby reducing the incidence of unpaid blood donation.
