摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在全科医师社区带教中的应用方法及效果。方法在全科医师社区带教中引入将案例教学法。选取120名学生,教师精心选择真实案例,首先为学生讲解相关理论知识,然后组织学生讨论,每个学生在教师的指导下对案例进行诊断、制定治疗和干预措施,教师进行总结。结果认为案例教学法能促进对理论知识理解的占90.00%,认为能提高学习主观能动性占94.17%,认为能提高对学习的兴趣和热情的占91.67%,认为能培养思维能力的122名占93.33%,98.33%的学生喜欢案例式教学方法。结论案例教学法适合在全科医师社区带教中应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application and effect of case teaching method in general practitioner community teaching. Methods Introduce the case teaching method in the teaching of the general practitioner community.120 students were surveyed,Teachers carefully selected real cases, first explained relevant theoretical knowledge to students, and then organized student to have a discussion. Each student under the guidance of a teacher diagnosed the case,formulated treatment and intervention measures, and the teacher summarized the situation. Results Found that the case teaching method can promote 90.00% of the theoretical knowledge understanding, that it can improve the subjective initiative of learning 94.17%, and that it can improve the interest and enthusiasm of learning accounted for 91.67%, that can train thinking of 122 cases(93.33%) of the students’ ability, 98.33% of the students prefer a case-based teaching method.Conclusion The case teaching method is suitable for application in teaching of general practitioners in the community.
