血栓通联合阿司匹林治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床探讨

Clinical Study on Xueshuantong Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Senile Acute Cerebral Infraction

目的探讨血栓通联合阿司匹林治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年8月在该院接受治疗的60例急性脑梗死老年患者,按照接诊日期的单双数分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法基础上外加血栓通治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组73.3%(χ~2=5.457,P<0.05);治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损(Nl HSS评分)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗观察组患者评分为(2.28±1.38)分,显著低于对照组(9.26±4.66)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=10.241,P<0.05);给药治疗后,观察组总体健康评分为(82.67±6.95)分,显著高于对照组(63.98±5.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.214,P<0.05)。结论老年急性脑梗死患者接受血栓通联合阿司匹林治疗,疗效显著,促进神经功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of xueshuantong combined with aspirin in treatment of senile acute cerebral infraction. Methods 60 cases of senile patients with acute cerebral infraction treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with aspirin, while the observation group were treated with xueshuangtong on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.7% vs 73.3%）,（χ2=5.457, P0.05）; and the difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment was not obvious（P0.05）, and the score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group[（2.28±1.38）points vs（9.26±4.66）points], and the difference between groups was obvious（t=10.241, P0.05）, after treatment, the total health score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [（82.67±6.95）points vs（63.98±5.12）points], and the difference was statistically significant（t=5.214, P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of xueshuantong combined with aspirin in treatment of senile acute cerebral infraction is obvious, which can promote the nerve function recovery, and it is worth promotion.
