利尿合剂与硝酸甘油联用治疗心衰的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Mistura Diuretica Combined with Glyceryl Trinitrate in Treatment of Heart Failure

目的分析心力衰竭患者护理中利尿合剂与硝酸甘油联合用药下取得的效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月医院心内科收治的患者128例,以数字随机分组形式,采用硝酸甘油与呋塞米联合治疗的64例纳入对照组,采用硝酸甘油与利尿合剂联合治疗的64例纳入观察组,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗有效率观察组与对照组分别96.88%(62/64)、85.94%(55/64),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.87,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BNP指标(285.80±25.50)ng/L与对照组(498.50±40.00)ng/L比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.89,P<0.05),左心室射血分数观察组治疗后(46.85±4.25)%与对照组(38.40±4.40)%比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.25,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率组间数据结果观察组3.13%(2/64)与对照组1.56%(1/64)对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.34,P>0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者临床治疗中,药物选择硝酸甘油、利尿剂联合应用,对改善患者心衰指标效果明显,且用药安全性较高,可在临床实践中将该药物推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of mistura diuretica combined with glyceryl trinitrate in treatment of heart failure. Methods 128 cases of patients in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 64 cases in each, the control group were treated with nitroglycerin and furosemide, while the observation group were treated with nitroglycerin and diuretic mixture, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.88%（62/64）, 85.94%（55/64）, and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=4.87, P 0.05）, after treatment, the BNP in the observation group and in the control group was respectively（285.80±25.50）ng/L and（498.50±40.00） ng/L, and the difference was obvious（t=6.89, P0.05）, and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group after treatment and in the control group was respectively（46.85±4.25）% and（38.40±4.40）%, and the differences were statistically significant（t=4.25,P0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 3.13%（2/64） and 1.56%（1/64）, and the difference was no statitisical significant（χ~2=0.34, P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of mistura diuretica combined with glyceryl trinitrate in treatment of heart failure is obvious, which can improve the heart failure, with higher medication safety, and it is worth promotion and application in clinical practice.
