腰椎间盘突出症MED治疗临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc MED Treatment

目的分析探讨对腰椎间盘突出患者进行脊柱MED微创手术治疗的临床治疗效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年6月收治的96例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,随机分48例患者为接受传统开放性手术治疗的对照组,以及余下48例为接受脊柱微创手术治疗的观察组,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间分别为(61.2±19.1)min、(53.2±18.2)mL、(8.9±2.1)d,和对照组的(101.5±32.1)min、(123.4±34.2)mL、(15.2±4.2)d相比均显著较少,且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),和对照组81.25%(39/48)的治疗有效率相比显著较高(χ~2=6.341;P=0.008<0.05);观察组病患的并发症发病率为4.17%(2/48),和对照组6.25%(3/48)的并发症发病率相比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.112;P=0.743>0.05)。结论为腰椎间盘突出患者进行脊柱微创手术治疗的治疗有效率较高,同时手术时间短、出血少且住院时间短,脊柱微创手术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种高效、安全的治疗手段,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc MED treatment.Methods 96 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with traditional open surgery, while the observation group were treated with spine minimally invasive surgery, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount and length of stay in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,[（61.2±19.1）min,（53.2±18.2）mL,（8.9±2.1）d vs（101.5±32.1）min,（123.4±34.2）mL,（15.2±4.2） d],and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）, and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [95.83%（46/48） vs 81.25%（39/48）]（χ~2=6.341; P=0.0080.05）; and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 4.17%（2/48） and 6.25%（3/48）, and the difference was not statistically significant（χ~2=2.112; P=0.7430.05）. Conclusion The effective rate of minimally invasive spine surgical technique in treatment of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is higher, with short operation time, less hemorrhage and short length of stay, and it is an effective and safe treatment means of treating the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, and it is of clinical promotion value.
