不同术式治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果探讨

Study on Clinical Effect of Different Operation Ways in Treatment of Acute Perforation of Stomach

目的探究不同术式治疗急性胃穿孔的临床效果。方法该次研究选取2017年1—12月在该院通过急诊医学科分诊行急性胃穿孔手术治疗的72例患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机原则均分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者采用胃大部分切除术进行治疗,研究组患者行单纯修补术,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间以及术中出血量等指标均优于对照组(t=8.990、8.611、7.082、11.146,P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症率为2.78%,对照组为22.22%,(χ~2=8.810,P=0.038)。结论对急性胃穿孔患者的治疗中,选择单纯修补术,可以缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,降低患者术中出血量,促进患者的康复,且可以降低患者的并发症率,临床价值显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of different operation ways in treatment of acute perforation of stomach. Methods 72 cases of patients with acute perforation of stomach surgery in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with subtotal gastrectomy,while the research group were treated with simple repair, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, length of stay and intraoperative bleeding amount in the research group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious（t=8.990、8.611、7.082、11.146,P 0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the research group and in the control group was respectively 2.78% and 22.22%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=8.810,P=0.038）. Conclusion The selection of simple repair in patients with acute perforation of stomach can shorten the operation time and length of stay, reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount, promote the rehabilitation and reduce the complication rate, and it is of clinical value.
