自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Self-made Chinese Herbal Face Film in Treatment of Erythema and Pigmentation after Acne

目的探讨自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着临床疗效。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例痤疮后红斑及色素沉着患者为研究对象,将该组患者随机分为两组,对照组40例患者采用0.1%维甲酸乳膏治疗,观察组40例患者采用自拟中药面膜治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后红斑及色素程度积分和临床疗效。结果治疗前和治疗后14 d两组患者红斑及色素程度积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后28 d观察组患者红斑及色素程度积分分别为(3.711±2.537)分、(3.654±2.169)分,显著低于对照组(5.247±4.693)分、(5.711±4.112)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.821 0、2.798 4,P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率70.00%,显著高于对照组45.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.787 7,P<0.05)。结论以活血行气、芳香通络以及清热解毒为法,自拟中药面膜治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of self-made Chinese herbal face film in treatment of erythema and pigmentation after acne. Methods 80 cases of patients with erythema and pigmentation after acne admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group were treated with 0.1% tretinoin cream, while the observation group were treated with self-made Chinese herbal face film, and the integrals of erythema and pigmentation after acne and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the integrals of erythema and pigmentation after acne between the two groups before treatment and in 14 d after treatment were not obvious, without statistical significance（P0.05）, and the integrals of erythema and pigmentation degrees in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group in 28 d after treatment[（3.711±2.537）points,（3.654±2.169）points vs（5.247±4.693）points,（5.711±4.112）points], and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.821 0,2.798 4,P0.05） the total effectve rafe of clinical treatment in the observatin group was 70.00%,significantly higher than the control group＇s 45.00% and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=12.787 7, P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of self-made Chinese herbal face film in treatment of erythema and pigmentation after acne is obvious by the hoxue xingqi, aromatic collaterals, heat clearing and detoxification, and it is worth clinical promotion.
