妊娠高血压综合征患者产后动脉血管功能的变化

Changes of Arterial Function after Delivery of Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者产后动脉血管功能的变化。方法选取该院2014年2月—2017年2月收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者63例,同时选取产检正常产妇30名,根据患者严重程度不同分为妊娠高血压组31例、子痫前期组32例、正常对照组30例。对3组患者者IMT、PT1、AP、AIx情况,PWV的监测结果进行比较。结果妊娠高血压组患者31例,产后IMT(868.75±272.57)μm、PT1(124.56±9.79)mmHg、AP(4.92±0.47)mmHg、AIx(6.86±1.13)%;正常对照组患者30例,IMT(714.75±123.67)μm、PT1(114.46±9.21)mmHg、AP(3.72±0.25)mmHg、AIx(5.63±1.73)%。3组患者情况比较,差异有统计学意义(t=14.732、7.456、6.712、5.412,P<0.05)。妊娠高血压组患者31例,产后PWV(6.89±1.21);子痫前期组患者32例,产后PWV(6.57±1.09);正常对照组患者30例,产后PWV(5.74±1.12)。3组患者情况比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.432、5.317,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇产后颈动脉的功能和形态均发生一定程度改变。在产后3个月其颈动脉的功能和形态均恢复到正常水平。

Objective To study the changes of arterial function after delivery of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 63 cases of patients with gestational hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected and 30 cases of normal delivery women for delivery examination were selected and divided into three groups, including 31 cases with gestational hypertension, 32 cases with preeclampsia and 30 cases with normal people, and the IMT, PT1, AP, Aix and PWV monitoring results were compared between the three groups. Results Of 31 cases with gestational hypertension, the IMT（868.75±272.57）μm, PT1（124.56±9.79）mm Hg,AP（4.92 ±0.47）mm Hg, AIx（6.86 ±1.13）% after delivery, of 30 cases with normal people in the control group, IMT（714.75 ±123.67）μm, PT1（114.46±9.21）mm Hg, AP（3.72 ±0.25）mm Hg, AIx（5.63 ±1.73）%, and the differences between the three groups were statistically significant（t=14.732, 7.456, 6.712, 5.412, P0.05）, and the PWV after delivery in the gestational hypertension group, preeclampsia group and normal control group was respectively（6.89 ±1.21）,（6.57 ±1.09）,（5.74±1.12）, and the differences were statistically significant（t=5.432, 5.317, P0.05）. Conclusion The function and form of carotid artery of delivery women with gestational hypertension have a certain changes, which return to the normal level in 3 months after delivery.
