Objective To study the clinical effect and application value of Pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with myoelectricity stimulation in the patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 105 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group with 53 cases were treated with pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with myoelectricity stimulation, while the control group with 52 cases were treated with pelvic floor muscle function exercise, and the improvement of related indicators was compared between the two groups in 6 months after treatment. Results The Ox-ford score, PFIQ-7 score and PFDI-20 score in the observation group were respectively(3.11±0.56)marks,(16.77±4.14)marks and(7.18±2.14)marks, and the indicators were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t = 7.365, 6.893, 8.992, P 0.05), and the indicators in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=6.114,P0.05). Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle function exercise combined with myoelectricity stimulation in the patients with pelvic floor dysfunction can not only improve the pelvic floor muscle function and relieve the postpartum disorders of patients.
