人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复训练指导及护理

Rehabilitation Training Guidance and Nursing of Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探究临床中对人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复训练指导及护理功效。方法选取该院2016年7月—2017年5月收治的50例人工全髋关节置换术患者作为该次的实验对象,使用随机数字表法分成两组:参考组和实验组。每组25例。参考组依据临床护理常规进行护理,实验组在其护理基础上进行康复训练,比较两组的患者的一段时间后的综合疗效与并发症情况。结果实验组进行康复训练干预后,患者的疼痛程度与参考组对比明显较低,其中无痛患者为40%,参考组为12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时患者的并发症出现情况低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施康复训练的护理干预能够帮助减轻患者患髋的疼痛程度,减少了患者术后并发症出现。

Objective To study the rehabilitation training guidance and nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty.Methods 50 cases of patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the recovery training, and the general curative effect and complications after a time of period was compared between the two groups. Results After the recovery training intervention, the pain degree was obviously lower than that in the control group（40% vs 12%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,at the same time, the occurrence of complications was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention in the rehabilitation training of patients with total hip arthroplasty can relieve the pain degree and relieve the occurrence of postoperative complications of patients.
