情绪疗法对儿科护士压力应对方式的影响

Effect of Emotional Therapy on the Pressure Coping Method of Nurses in the Department of Pediatrics

目的该次实验将通过情绪疗法对儿科护士压力的应对方式做出具体分析。方法该次实验选取了2016年5月—2017年12月间该院儿科的护士为研究对象,参与研究的共有36名,并将其随机的分为对照组和观察组,对照组护理人员的压力缓解将采用支持性心理护理,而观察组则实施情绪疗法。3个月后将采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,并对患儿家属满意度进行统计分析。结果观察组护理人员的SCL-90的总分明显高于对照组,与此同时,在躯体化、抑郁、敌对因子的得分上也表现较好,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组在应对方式的评价中选择积极地解决问题,并寻求帮助的人数上高于对照组,在自责、逃避的得分上则低于对照组。最后,在家属满意度的调查上,观察组为94.4%,明显优于对照组的66.7%,调查结果差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.43,P=0.03)。结论针对儿科护士采用情绪疗法能够缓解其精神压力,有利于提高工作效率,在心理辅导的过程中消除不良理念,积极地为患儿服务。

Objective To analyze the effect of emotional therapy on the pressure coping method of nurses in the department of pediatrics in detail. Methods 36 cases of nurses in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the supportive mental nursing, while the observation group used the emotional therapy, after three months, the patients were surveyed by the SCL-90, and the satisfactory degree of children and their family was statistically analyzed. Results The total score of SCL-90 in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, meanwhile, the scores of somatic, depression and holistic factors were better, and the differences between groups were obvious, with statistical significance（P0.05）, besides, the number of cases who actively searched for the issues in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of self-blame and escape were lower than those in the control group, finally, the satisfactory degree of family in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group [（94.4% vs 66.7%], and the differences in the investigation results were obvious（χ~2=4.43, P=0.03）. Conclusion The emotional therapy of nurses in the department of pediatrics can relieve the mental pressure, which is conductive to improving the working efficacy, and eliminate the adverse concepts in the psychological service, and serve the children actively.
