载银疏水棉麻织物的制备及性能分析

Preparation and Property Analysis of Silver-containing Hydrophobic Cotton Linen Fabric

为提高棉麻织物的疏水性能,采用二氧化钛凝胶溶液负载硝酸银对棉麻织物进行功能涂层处理,制备了载银疏水棉麻织物。测定了整理前后织物的厚度、白度、增重率以及疏水性等指标。试验结果表明:当载银溶胶溶液对棉麻织物的功能涂层数为2层时,棉麻织物的厚度和白度下降较少,同时其增重率较好;硝酸银含量为2%(w/v)时,载银溶胶溶液涂层的棉麻织物疏水性较好。认为:采用二氧化钛凝胶溶液负载硝酸银对棉麻织物进行处理可有效提升织物疏水性。

In order to improve the hydrophobicity of cotton linen fabrics,Titanium dioxide gel solution loaded with silver nitrate was taken to prepared functional coating trearment for cotton linen fabrics. The silver nitrate- loaded hydrophobic cotton linen fabrics were prepared. The thickness, whiteness, weighting percentage and hydro phobicity of fabric before and after finishing were measured. The results showed that when layer number of func tional coatings of the silver-loaded sol solution on the cotton linen fabric was 2, the thickness and whiteness of the fabric decrease less, the weighting per phobicity of cotton linen fabric loaded can be improved with treatment centage was better. The content of silver nitrate was 2% （w/v） ,the hydro silver nitrate solution was better. It is considered that hydrophobicity dioxide gel solution loaded with silver nitrate for cotton linen fabrics.
