探讨单染混纺织物白星疵点的预防与控制。通过不同染色方法出现布面白星疵点的不同显现状态,分析织物白星产生的原因和形成途径,归纳织物白星种类及其表现特征。综合考虑实际情况和影响因素,采取有力措施加强单染织物产生白星疵点的预防与控制工作。继而对产生布面白星的有害疵点进行修整,弥补缺陷,最大限度解决织物白星。认为:加强纺纱流程的控制,能够减少单染混纺织物白星疵点。

The prevention and control of white star defects for single dyed blended fabric were discussed. Through the different appearing status of white star defect on the fabric surface after different dyeing methods, the causes and forming approach for fabric white star were analyzed. The categories and their properties of fabric white star were summarized. Synthesizing practical situation and influence situation, powerful measurements were taken to strengthen the presentation and control of white star defects for single dyed fabrics and then the harmful defect leading to white star solved. It is considered that gen the erated was fixed to make up the defects and the fabric white star was maximum fabric white star defect for single dyed blended fabric can be reduced by strengthe ning the control of yarn spinning process.
