棉纺用锦纶短纤油剂的选用及性能研究

Selection and Property Study of Cotton Spinning Use Polyamide Short Fiber Oil Agent

探讨两种棉纺用锦纶短纤油剂的使用效果。结合棉纺用锦纶短纤生产工艺及其纺纱工艺的特点,测试了油剂的润湿性、平滑性、防静电性、起泡性、油膜强度等性能,系统评价了两种适用于棉纺用锦纶短纤纺丝生产使用的油剂性能特点。测试表明:TPA-09锦纶短纤油剂润湿速度快,不易起泡,防静电性好,而TPA-2000A锦纶短纤油剂平滑性较好,油膜强度较高。认为:TPA-09锦纶短纤油剂适用于锦纶短纤前纺,TPA-09与TPA-2000A混配适用于锦纶短纤后纺。

The using effects of two kinds of cotton spinning use polyamide short fiber oils agent were discussed. Combining the production processing of cotton spinning use polyamide short fiber and the spinning process properties, the oils agent properties including wettability, smoothness, anti-static electricity, foamability film strength etc. were tested. The oil agent properties of two kinds of polyamide short fiber production oil agent that suitable for cotton spinning were systematically evaluated. The test results showed that the wetting speed of TPA-09 polyamide short fiber oil agent was higher. It was not easy to be foamed and the anti-static elec tricity resistance was better. The smoothness of TPA-2000A po film strength was higher. It is considered that TPA-09 polyami lya de mide short fiber oil agent was better and the oil short fiber oil agent is suitable for pre-spinning of polyamide short fiber. The mixture of TPA-09 and TPA-2000A is suitable for post spinning of polyamide short fiber.
